Event Planner and Digital Content Creator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Planner and Digital Content Creator to develop and execute engaging events while managing our brand's digital presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event coordination and/or social media management, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing company events, workshops, and client appreciation activities, as well as managing event logistics and capturing event photos/videos for post-event marketing and content.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various platforms, developing content calendars to support events, campaigns, and brand initiatives, and tracking analytics to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in event coordination and/or social media management
  • Basic photography, videography, and design skills (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
