Job Title: Key Customer Liaison Specialist

About the Role:

This pivotal position is instrumental in driving sales success as a key team member. You will be responsible for managing client interactions, processing orders efficiently, and supporting the sales team in their endeavors.

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and process all sales documents, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery notes, with accuracy and speed.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Sales Team, from verifying visuals and floor plans to preparing installation reports.
  • C coordinate smooth order workflows and collaborate closely with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and installations.
  • Take on exciting ad-hoc projects and tasks that contribute to the company's growth and development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles (a plus).
  • Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and clients alike.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
