Warehouse Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming goods, conducting regular stock checks, and accurately picking and packing items based on customer orders. Additionally, they will assist in planning drivers' schedules, coordinate delivery routes, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery orders, reporting any damages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Pick, pack, and label items based on customer orders, preparing goods for delivery and organizing them according to delivery schedules.
  • Assist in planning drivers' schedules and coordinating delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Load and unload goods onto/from delivery vans as required, and perform other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Details
