Job Description

We are seeking a Patient Service Assistant to join our team. As a Patient Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, registering them, scheduling appointments, and handling payments.

You will also be required to greet and register patients, schedule patient appointments, coordinate specialists' consultation referrals, handle payments, respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner, manage patient concerns, communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers for patient registration/schedule appointment.
