Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Development Manager


Overview:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure development strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to design, develop, and deploy mechanical equipment and systems that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough project planning, including cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Determine labor requirements and material resources necessary for construction projects.
  • Oversee site activities, ensuring timely installation, manufacturing, coordination, safety testing, and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including LTA, consultants, civil contractors, and system-wide contractors, to ensure seamless execution of work.
  • Manage a team of project engineers, supervisors, and sub-contractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Support the project manager in overseeing planning, execution, and construction of projects.
  • Establish clear responsibilities and accountabilities among the construction team to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
