We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Engineer to lead our infrastructure projects and drive business growth.
- This is a leadership role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee complex projects from start to finish.
This is a senior management position responsible for leading large-scale infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in managing similar projects and a proven track record of delivering results.
- This role involves directing multidisciplinary project teams and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic plans for business growth, project delivery, and cross-border expansion.
- Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of major infrastructure projects.
- Direct multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, procurement, construction, quality, HSE, and finance functions.
- Foster government and stakeholder relationships, acting as the key liaison with ministries, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- At least 15 years of relevant work experience in large-scale infrastructure development.
- Minimum 10 years in senior management roles, with direct oversight of regional or national-level projects.
