Infrastructure Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Infrastructure Project Director to lead our large-scale infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex transportation infrastructure projects, including expressways, railway beam yards, or mega-bridge systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of major infrastructure projects, ensuring technical, financial, and schedule targets are met.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement strategic plans for business growth, project delivery, and cross-border expansion in China and Southeast Asia.
  • Team Management: Direct multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, quality, HSE, and finance functions.
  • Technical Authority: Act as the senior technical authority, resolving complex engineering issues and guiding the adoption of cutting-edge construction technologies.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract management, including FIDIC/EPC/PPP arrangements, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster government and stakeholder relationships, acting as the key liaison with ministries, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Civil Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant work experience in large-scale infrastructure development, with minimum 10 years in senior management roles.
  • Skills: Proven track record in managing complex transportation infrastructure, strong leadership in cross-cultural, multi-country project environments, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with contract models and compliance frameworks.
