Job Overview

Assist in overseeing daily operations and training of rider fleets

Support monitoring of delivery performance, route efficiency, and safety compliance.

Participate in periodic field audits by performing sample deliveries.

Help with the recruitment, onboarding, and basic training of new riders.

Coordinate with manager to assist in optimizing rider scheduling and incentives.

Pick up and deliver food, parcels, and other items from merchants to customers in a timely manner.

Handle deliveries with care to ensure items are not damaged during transport.
