**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Rider Recruitment and Training**:Oversee the recruitment process for riders, ensuring that new hires are effectively onboarded and trained according to company standards.
- **Performance Management**:Monitor and enhance rider performance utilizing the company’s star-rating evaluation system to ensure compliance with platform standards.
- **Team Leadership and Support**:Provide daily assistance to the rider team, addressing any challenges they encounter on the job and fostering team cohesion and morale.
- **Rewards and Incentive Management**:Manage and implement the company’s rider reward mechanisms, including star bonuses and the monthly reward pool system.
- **Complaint and Dispute Resolution**:Address and resolve rider-customer disputes or complaints promptly, ensuring efficient management of issues while maintaining the company’s reputation.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:Regularly analyze rider performance data, generate reports, and propose improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- **Policy Enforcement**:Ensure that riders comply with platform operational policies, including penalties for lateness and order cancellation rates.

Job Requirements:

- **Experience**:At least 3 years of team management experience, preferably in the delivery industry or a related field.
- **Leadership**:Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward high-performance goals.
- **Communication**:Excellent communication skills to maintain effective interactions with riders, customers, and internal departments.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to solve complex issues and make quick decisions under pressure.
- **Data Analysis**:Proficiency in using Excel or other data analysis tools for making data-driven operational decisions.
