Job Title:

Customer Experience Representative

At our organization, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Liaise with customers on container/cargo/material/inventory and other administrative duties.
  • Process order requests from customers by liaising with internal departments, vendors, and third parties.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and tracking records using customer systems and WMS/TMS.
  • Generate reports periodically or as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by attending to their requests promptly.
  • Monitor job progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide timely updates to customers on shipment details.

Requirements:

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in logistics companies are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/shipping documentation role in a 3PL company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
