
Property Support Specialist

We are seeking a Property Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, including arranging appointments with property owners and tenants, preparing properties for handover, and conducting inspections.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. If you have experience in customer service, property management, or a related field, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange appointments with property owners and tenants
- Prepare properties for handover, including briefing tenants on the rules and regulations of the property
- Conduct inspections of properties and prepare property condition reports
- Respond to tenant feedback and queries promptly
- Communicate with contractors on internal defects and coordinate follow-up repairs
- Monitor the progress of defect rectification
- Have basic knowledge of air conditioning and home appliances
- Perform simple handyman work (optional)
- Coordinate pre-handback process for tenants
- Support tenants and owners during the handback process
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements:
- Ability to understand Singapore Tenancy Agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in any industry
- Basic knowledge of Japanese language (optional)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Patient and service-oriented attitude
- Team player
