Property Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and installation of property systems and facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of mechanical, electrical, and civil components. You will also manage vendors and contractors for upkeep of sports facilities, facades, and landscaped areas.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance and installation activities of property systems and facilities.
- Ensure proper functioning and safety of mechanical, electrical, and civil components.
- Manage vendors and contractors for upkeep of sports facilities, facades, and landscaped areas.
- Support or Lead: Minor development projects such as EV charger installation, solar panel installation, and facade repainting.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and contractor deliverables for project success.
- Oversee solar power systems, including monitoring output, maintenance scheduling, and issue resolution.
- Manage and maintain hydro farming facilities, ensuring environmental compliance and productivity.
- Promote and support the integration of green technologies within the property.
- Plan and execute periodic inspections to maintain high property standards.
- Technical Support: Assist the leasing team with technical aspects of properties, especially in relation to newer amenities like EV chargers and recreational facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance works, warranties, utilities, and contractor performance.
- Ensure all installations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and internal guidelines.
- Prepare technical and operational reports for management review.
