Job Title: Property Operations Specialist

The role of a Property Operations Specialist involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of residential and commercial properties. This entails working closely with portfolio managers to ensure that facilities and infrastructure are properly maintained, residents are well-served, and operations comply with relevant regulations.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of facilities and infrastructure.
  • Address resident and owner feedback, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate repair, maintenance, and project works with contractors and vendors.
  • Evaluate quotations for works and services.
  • Prepare meeting notices, minutes, and assist in organizing council meetings and AGMs.
  • Maintain documentation such as service reports, defect logs, and correspondence records.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in real estate, facilities management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in property management or facilities-related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
