The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting TP ICAP's products and services, providing exceptional customer support, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Promote TP ICAP as a company through various channels.
- Provide comprehensive support to brokers to ensure smooth desk operations.
- Identify trade opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships, and establish new connections where possible.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and services, and actively solicit feedback from industry participants.
- Understand the desk's business strategy and identify new business opportunities.
- On-board new clients following the correct process with the Client On-Boarding team.
- Assess client needs and financial conditions to identify internal cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements.
- Candidate must be proficient in Korean language, as the role requires liaison and interaction with Korean-speaking clients.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, especially on broking/NDF-KRW desks, is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and personalities.
A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses.
