Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all marketing efforts and contributing to the growth of our e-commerce business. You will work closely with other team members on projects and operational matters, and perform any other duties as assigned by your superior.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to join our team at Associate & United Distributors PTE LTD. We are seeking a skilled professional who can develop new online sales channels, create promotions to increase revenue, and maintain and update content across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all marketing efforts, including social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business through effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop new online sales channels, such as mobile apps or affiliate marketing programs.
  • Create promotions to increase revenue, including limited-time offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain and update content across all e-commerce platforms, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Ensure that products, promotions, prices, and content on the e-commerce platforms are up-to-date and accurate at all times.
  • Liaise with relevant internal functions to fulfill customer orders, including logistics and customer service.
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in marketing, business studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in e-commerce, digital development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Meticulous in order processing and timely reply to consumers' inquiries.
  • Energetic, customer-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Able to possess initiative and work independently with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Highly IT literate.
  • Proficiency in Adobe software (i.e., Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in graphic design will be an advantage.
