We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role will involve being the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries
  • Manage spa bookings and scheduling
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support day-to-day reception duties to ensure smooth operations
  • Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude. Additionally, they should be able to commit to working on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8 hours per day.

Requirements
  • No prior experience is required as training will be provided
  • Friendly, responsible, and customer-focused individual
  • Able to commit to 3 days per week, 8 hours per day
  • Basic computer skills are preferred but not essential
  • Positive attitude and strong team player
  • Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident
