The KYC Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client onboarding experiences. This involves providing expert advice to Front Office personnel on all matters related to Know Your Customer (KYC), while partnering with them throughout the review process from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Front Office on onboarding requirements in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
Collaboration and Expertise:
The KYC Specialist works closely with Group Compliance to address specific AML/KYC policy and procedure-related matters, as well as client risk profiling concerns. As the Compliance Expert for the Front Office, this individual ensures that all client interactions are conducted with the utmost integrity and transparency.
