
Claims Administration Expert

We are seeking an experienced Claims Administration Expert to support our business growth and customer service in claims management. The successful candidate will work closely with regional underwriters to promote claims service level and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate settlements and denials with clients and producers.
- Manage direct customers and business partners.
- Lead the A&H claims team in Asia.
- Review and improve claims processes and procedures.
- Market services with business partners.
- Manage service providers offering 24-hour hotlines to customers.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of related insurance experience with people management or supervisory experience.
- Tertiary education in insurance or claims-related field preferred.
- Strong marketing skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
About This Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing claims from initial receipt to final settlement. You will work collaboratively with our underwriting team to ensure seamless claims handling and excellent customer service.
