Job Title: Claims Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Claims Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Major Complex Loss Adjusting Team in the settlement of claims within the terms of the insurance policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by managing a portfolio of claims
  • Assist with report preparation to ensure prompt claim settlements
  • Provide administrative support to the Major Complex Loss Team, including time recording and expense submission
  • Register claims on the system and issue acceptance of work to clients as instructed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
