Regional Sales Manager

At Talent Trader Group PTE. LTD., we're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Assistant Director of Sales. This key role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and guiding the sales team's strategy, and working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to achieve business objectives.
- Sales Team Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and lead the sales team to meet overall goals within budget constraints.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and adjust activities, account management, and sales priorities to achieve objectives.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to create the annual sales budget, implement sales programs, and prepare monthly forecasts for the department.
About You: To be successful in this role, you'll need 5 years of sales experience in the hotel industry, a diploma or degree in hospitality management or a business-related discipline, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
