Job Title: Senior Facility Executive

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the daily operations of our office properties, ensuring exceptional standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and safety. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and vendors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day property management, including lease administration, renewals, and tenant improvements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce property operating costs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or facility management, preferably in office properties.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, leasing processes, and facility operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
