Senior Executive/Executive (Facilities Management)

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage operations of campus facilities, including attending to work requests, site inspections, meetings, and coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative processes in the Facilities Management System.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing operations data, such as utilities and equipment performance, supporting sustainability initiatives.
  • Support exploration and implementation of projects related to sustainability and digitization of building operations.
  • Assist in planning and managing daily operations as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management, or related fields.
  • 3 years of Facilities Management or related experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills (Preferred)

  • Attended/Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
  • Attended/Certified Fire Safety Manager
  • Attended/Certified Project Manager
  • Attended/Certified Workplace Safety Management
  • Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
