Project Manager Role Overview

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the management of individual multidiscipline projects. This involves all phases of corporate real estate project management, including program development, budgeting, planning and design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight, and project closure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing financial and delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sub-regional firm strategy in capital projects delivery
  • Coordinating with facilities and real estate on all capital projects under the sub-region
  • Delivering and managing individual capital projects, including customer relationship management and project documentation
  • Providing project planning support and management for assigned projects, as well as daily responsibility for all activities executed under their project plan
  • Preparing timely and accurate project documentation and reporting, including scope definition documents, funding requests, risk reviews, meeting minutes, project execution plans, budgets, cost control reports, milestone schedules, purchase orders, service contracts, and change control documentation
