We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Outreach and Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential candidates and creating engaging experiences that attract top talent.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Proactively search for and identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular communication and personalized interactions to keep them engaged and interested in our opportunities.
  • Create strategies and campaigns to enhance candidate engagement, sharing relevant industry insights and information about job openings.
  • Collaborate with our user experience team to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for candidates, addressing any pain points or issues they may encounter.
  • Tailor outreach efforts to match candidates' preferences, aspirations, and backgrounds, using data analytics to inform our approach.
  • Develop engaging content, such as articles, videos, and webinars, that provide value to candidates and showcase our expertise.
  • Gather feedback from candidates to understand their experiences and make improvements to our processes.

To be successful in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communication, or Psychology. Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR is essential, along with skills in sourcing strategies, candidate relationship management, and recruitment technology. Strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in data analysis are also crucial.
