Pastry Production Specialist Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and production of assorted pastries and puddings.

  • Prepare and produce assorted pastries and puddings, ensuring consistency in products according to established guidelines and central kitchen processing standards.
  • Maintain proper maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Receive, pack, and store raw ingredients and finished products according to temperature requirements.
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties in the central kitchen.
  • Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by management.
">Requirements">
  • Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (48 hours/week), rotating shifts.
  • At least 1 year experience as a pastry chef or central kitchen pastry staff.
  • Able to stand long hours and work in cool room temperatures.
  • Team player with positive attitude and passion for confectionaries.

  • Work Location: Singapore.
