Senior Manager of Knowledge Management

Job Description:

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Knowledge Management team in driving financial stability and empowering economies. Your key focus areas will include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing multiple content teams globally, and developing deep expertise within these teams.

You will provide strong coaching and mentoring to your team members, communicating effectively with colleagues across different departments. Additionally, you will use business process improvement techniques to enhance operational management, improve quality, and reduce costs.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Leading the Content Incentive Plan and driving performance culture
  • Managing critical issues internally and externally with clients
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sustainable economic growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Strong people leadership experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Significant relevant content experience, with expertise in knowledge management and business process improvement
