Healthcare Partnership Specialist

We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our managed healthcare team, driving development and expansion of our provider network.

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers for improved value and outcomes for patients, ensuring quality care and operational targets.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of operational activities, including project management, reporting, data analysis, implementation, problem resolution, and more.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues affecting the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Support healthcare provider management, recruitment, and engagement strategies.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers on escalations, resolutions, current processes, new or updated policies, and workflows.
  • Monitor, review, and report on healthcare provider performance, metrics, and data for operational and business planning.
  • Review potential business opportunities and propose solutions enhancing service efficiency, patient-centered care, and patient experience.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a healthcare- or business-related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability in day-to-day tasks and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for driving change to improve business outcomes and promote improvement ideas.
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare provider community and its dynamics.
