Global trade operations require a skilled professional to manage shipping/export documentation and coordinate with various stakeholders. This position focuses on supporting international trade by ensuring compliance with regulations, customs requirements, and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and manage shipping/export documents to facilitate smooth shipment operations.
  • Liaise with departments and stakeholders to resolve issues related to documentation or compliance.
  • Monitor shipments for timely delivery and address any necessary adjustments or changes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Logistics, Shipping, Business, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience in export documentation is essential, with familiarity with China or Malaysia export processes highly advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is required for effective communication with overseas stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, along with strong organizational and time-management skills, are crucial for this role.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
