Job Title: Financial Growth Specialist

As a key member of our organization, the Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth within the Financial Advisors (FA) channel.

  • This critical position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to support advisor success, and analyzing market trends to identify strategic opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to support growth in the FA channel.
  • Drive recruitment of high-potential Financial Advisors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Build and manage partnerships to expand outreach and service offerings.

Training & Coaching:

  • Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new FAs.
  • Conduct regular training workshops on sales techniques, compliance, financial products, and client engagement.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to help FAs achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Prior experience as a trainer in the financial industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Essential skills for this role include excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Additionally, knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
