Job Title: Ecommerce / Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce / Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at WIN-PRO CONSULTANCY PTE LTD. As an Ecommerce / Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ecommerce Management: Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) to ensure seamless shopping experiences. Track and analyze e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, average order value, etc.) to drive data-driven decisions. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.
  2. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's sales objectives. Manage social media accounts, driving engagement and building a loyal online community. Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and compelling content. Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings. Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, focusing on customer retention, promotions, and customer lifecycle marketing. Build and nurture leads through targeted email sequences and engagement strategies. Implement and optimize CRM tools for better lead management and tracking.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular performance updates to management, using data to make informed marketing decisions.
  5. Budget & ROI Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets effectively. Optimize spending for maximum ROI, adjusting campaigns as needed to meet performance targets.
Job Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles. Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and running successful digital marketing campaigns. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
  2. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing). Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to market trends.
  3. Preferred Qualities: Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Keen interest in staying updated with the latest digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
