Job Summary:

Fendi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to our online business and retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google and Meta

• Work closely with agencies to optimize ad campaigns and maximize ROIs

• Plan and maintain digital marketing calendar aligning with the marketing and communication calendar

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for future campaign planning and KPIs setting

• Proactively monitor competitors' campaigns

• Plan and execute digital content on owned social media platforms

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc social media reports

• Manage the performance campaigns to drive and support the eCommerce business

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3 years of related experience in digital marketing or e-commerce in retail industry

• Previous experience in luxury brands handling the diverse SEA & AU markets and e-commerce capability a plus

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

• Proven track record in driving performance campaigns for e-commerce

• Good team player with a positive outlook

• Strong communication, interpersonal and project completion dedication

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, performance driven and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
