Account Management Opportunity

The role of Account Manager is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a key member responsible for post-sales client relationships, user adoption of our platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on big 6 agency partner(s).
  • Identify upselling opportunities and improve services through development of tools, procedures, and reports aimed at increasing efficiency.
  • Design unique campaign strategies within our platform.
  • Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on goals and delivering strategic solutions and optimisations to meet KPIs.
  • Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on our DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analysing performance.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training/education sessions.
  • Travel as necessary.
Required Skills
  • Real Time Bidding / programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network).
  • Existing relationships within big 6 agencies and/or Indie agencies, brand direct.
  • Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or executing through a DSP as a self-serve user.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and helping grow revenue.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas.
  • Experience working with complex databases is a plus.
  • Knowledge base of APIs and web app integration services.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with clients within their region.
