Digital Activation Specialist

Overview

The Digital Activation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless campaign execution, accurate measurement, and adherence to best practices across all programmatic and digital media buys. This role bridges strategy, media execution, and technology, supporting the full campaign lifecycle from activation to analysis.

Campaign Support & Activation:

• Provide technical support during campaign setup, ensuring proper implementation of tracking pixels, floodlights, and tagging.
• Collaborate with trading teams to troubleshoot in real-time and resolve delivery problems, tag mismatches, brand safety violations, and viewability issues.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

• Act as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, working with platform vendors and stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.

Attribution & Measurement:

• Ensure correct setup of tracking and conversions across platforms, supporting discrepancy reconciliation, and providing measurement strategy insights.

Best Practices & Quality Assurance:

• Enforce compliance with SOPs and policies, conducting audits, and recommending improvements for campaign hygiene.

Innovation & Enablement:

• Stay updated on platform features, sharing learnings, and supporting team training and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Media & Communications, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business, with relevant coursework or specialization.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical operations, ad tech, or digital media roles, with proficiency in platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, or Python for data troubleshooting and reporting.
• Experience in media agency, ad tech vendor, or publisher support roles, with understanding of server-to-server tracking and privacy-compliant measurement practices.
