Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Executive - Accounting to join our team at Business Edge Personnel Services PTE LTD. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for approving non-PO invoices, claims, and other financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approve non-PO invoices from external vendors, including recruitment agencies for PTRAs
  • Approve non-PO claims from PTSAs/Transcribers
  • Approve GCS claims
  • Approve TCS claims
  • Approve invoice billings to canteen stallholders/vending machines vendors (monthly)
  • Verify student claims
  • Prepare in-service billing
  • Process GIRO transactions
  • Verify CONCUR claims
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of working experience in accounting
  • Organized and meticulous in handling numbers and data
  • Team player with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel pivot tables and formulas
  • Experience in SAP is an added advantage
  • Able to adhere to timelines
