Pastries and Puddings Production Specialist

At our state-of-the-art central kitchen, we are looking for a skilled Pastry Production Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparation and production of assorted pastries and puddings.

Responsibilities:

  • We require an individual who can consistently produce high-quality products in accordance with our manual and SOP.">
  • Maintenance of kitchen equipment is essential, ensuring they are well-maintained and cleaned properly according to food safety standards.">
  • The successful applicant will receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products according to temperature requirements.">
  • A tidy work environment is crucial; the candidate will be responsible for basic housekeeping of the central kitchen.">
  • Additional ad-hoc duties may be assigned as needed.">

Requirements:

  • This position requires a 6-day workweek, including weekends and public holidays, with rotating shifts.">
  • We seek candidates with at least one year of experience as a pastry chef or central kitchen pastry staff.">
  • The selected individual must be able to stand long hours and work in cool room temperatures.">
  • A positive attitude, passion for confectionaries, and strong teamwork skills are essential.">
