Pastry Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pastry Production Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

As a Pastry Specialist, you will be responsible for producing a variety of pastries and puddings, ensuring all items adhere to set recipes and standard operating procedures.

Maintaining kitchen equipment and upholding food safety standards and cleanliness are key responsibilities of this role. You will also be responsible for managing the receipt, packing, and storage of both raw materials and finished goods following temperature guidelines.

Additionally, you will conduct basic cleaning and upkeep of the central kitchen and perform additional tasks as needed and assigned by your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce a variety of pastries and puddings according to set recipes and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and uphold food safety standards and cleanliness.
  • Manage the receipt, packing, and storage of raw materials and finished goods following temperature guidelines.
  • Conduct basic cleaning and upkeep of the central kitchen.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed and assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in pastry preparation, preferably in a central kitchen setting.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and working in cooler environments.
