Job Title: Master Pastry Craftsman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Pastry Craftsman to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation in all pastry products.

You will work closely with our chefs and kitchen team to prepare and produce a wide range of sweet and savory pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in designing and executing new pastry creations.

  • Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all pastry products
  • Work closely with chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Design and execute new pastry creations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a pastry chef or baker
  • Strong knowledge of pastry preparation and presentation techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
