Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into claims, ensuring that all relevant information is gathered and assessed
- Negotiate with reinsurers and third parties to resolve claims in a timely and equitable manner
- Maintain accurate records of claims trends and inform underwriters of any adverse trends or issues
- Monitor provisions for outstanding claims and ensure that they are managed effectively
- Assist in the training of staff and ensure that work is processed correctly and expeditiously
- Review claim files to ensure accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- BCP, PGI & HI Certified
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in marine, engineering, machinery breakdown, foreign maid and inward treaty claims
- Meticulous and organized
- Team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
