As a Channel Operations Specialist, you will provide comprehensive back office support to the sales team. This role requires a customer-centric attitude and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Your primary goal is to ensure that all sales and channel professionals receive seamless back office support, allowing them to focus on customer success.

  • Become an expert in Tenable's Salesforce.com and CPQ instances to effectively support sales teams' use of these critical business systems
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Tenable's licensing model and pricing to provide quoting support to global sales teams
  • Participate in responding to requests from sales reps and channel managers
  • Review and approve bookings submitted in Salesforce.com by sales teams
  • Collaborate with functional areas such as product management, finance, and product marketing to drive revenue growth and serve both internal stakeholders and customers alike
  • Become a subject matter expert on aspects of the sales process not directly involving the customer
