
Regional Sales and Business Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team. In this key position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales of car audio products through effective partnerships with countries' teams, distributors, and planning of sales forecasts.
- Engage proactively in product sales and marketing, channel penetration, and development to expand market share in each country in the region.
- Manage roadmaps (price, spec, SKU, SOP, RTS) and track new product introductions and sales performance.
- Support product compliance administrative duties, including coordination and return on investment.
- Oversee product management, including forecasting, testing, evaluation reports, comparison, sample assignments, sales pitch materials, demo guidelines, and product core communication.
- Conduct product training workshops for internal and external stakeholders, such as distributors, media, dealers, promoters, trainers, employees, etc.
- Provide technical support to internal departments regarding product category details.
- Assist country partners in business negotiations within local contexts to maximize business opportunities in the best interest of the company.
- Suggest and propose business opportunities where available.
- Measure and track countries' performance in terms of sales growth and market penetration.
- Support timely business reviews with country partners.
- Ensure all executions and plans adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with global product teams to identify key product strategies and localize them into assigned regions.
- Review and understand product key USPs and features.
- Work with CRM/SCM to ensure high standards of sales logistics functions operationally and responsible for PSI Management.
- Support country partners in product quality and warranty matters.
- Coordinate with QC Managers on product compliance matters for respective regions.
- Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports.
