">Job Role:
  • Bid Strategy Development: Design and create comprehensive proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender bids.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert support and insights for bidding processes.
  • Project Handover: Ensure smooth transitions by supporting the handover of won projects to the Project Team.
  • Commercial Analysis: Review commercial aspects of bids, ensuring all products and services are accurately represented.
  • Vendor Engagement: Engage with approved vendors to develop solution packages.
  • Process Improvement: Drive value engineering initiatives to enhance bid estimation processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Background: Hold a Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
  • Relevant Experience: Bring 2-3 years of experience in the BMS industry and tender bidding processes.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate sound technical knowledge of BMS-related technologies and industry trends.
  • Project Management Skills: Show proficiency in project management and adaptability to various project requirements.
  • Software Proficiency: Possess knowledge of AutoCAD and Visio to support technical documentation and presentations.
  • Work Ethic: Exemplify strong work ethics and a results-oriented approach to project delivery.
