Senior Account Manager

Job Overview
Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales volumes to meet budget targets through effective negotiation and agreement management.
- Develop and execute territory/account plans to penetrate all prospect and customer accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Oversee sales support activities, including sales administration, customer service, distribution, technical service, invoicing, credit, and collections.
- Forecast and track key accounts, sales, business metrics, and projects.
- Build a concrete business opportunity pipeline with specific volume and margin for mid and long-term growth.
- Generate leads and manage opportunities with new customers and applications to ensure growth attainment.
- Develop and maintain market knowledge and network to address market and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales, technology, and operations teams to develop and maintain prospective customers.
- Coordinate with regional departments to support corporate goals.
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Submit timely reports and update necessary information in the company's system.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably with a mix of technical and commercial experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong target orientation and ability to work independently.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly with internal and external customers and at multiple levels within an organization.
- Discipline, result-oriented, self-starter with a strong desire to deliver on established goals and targets.
- Able to travel up to 50% or more.
