Senior Tender Manager

Main Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers to manage workload, staffing and resource planning. This includes contributing to proposals, client presentations and contract negotiations.
- Analyzing RFPs to define scope, assess risks and develop compliant bids
- Reviewing cost estimates using historical data, engineering inputs, subcontractor quotes and client requirements
- Leading tender teams ensuring bids align with company procedures and technical standards
- Planning resource allocation to meet current and future project demands
- Engaging with clients to optimize tender pricing and ensure smooth post-award handover
Requirements: A degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience and expertise in tendering, proposal development and contract management.
