  • Coordinate and process internal and external parts purchase orders
  • Handle AR collections related tasks
  • Handle customer registration and changes to credit facilities extended
  • Ensure customers' requests and orders are fulfilled timely and accurately to achieve department's targets
  • Support sales administration operations by maintaining database of customers
  • Perform business administration tasks and apply operational policies, standards and procedures
  • Handle enquiries, quotations and orders of products and services
  • Provide good service to customers in fulfilling orders and also to understand customer needs
  • Execute logistics services that meet customer requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline, or relevant experience
  • IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good team-player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
