The Product Team

Our Product team is passionate about crafting customer-centric solutions that empower businesses to operate anywhere, anytime. We combine technical expertise with deep customer understanding to design and build unified, intuitive and scalable products.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Own the strategy for customer onboarding, mapping the ideal journey from discovery to sign-up to product adoption.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify pain points, measure success and drive continuous improvement of the onboarding flow.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to improve UX/UI and optimize the onboarding journey.
  • Strike the right balance between a frictionless onboarding process and robust KYC controls to mitigate risk.
