We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a UHNW Solutions Group Specialist - Global Private Banking.

About the Role

This is a highly challenging and rewarding opportunity for a self-starter with extensive trading or solutions experience from other highly regarded investment banks or private banks.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with regional UHNW Solutions teams to deliver tailored and bespoke solutions to this important client segment.
  • They will build strong partnerships with UHNW relationship managers and investment counsellors to develop innovative solutions for clients across various asset classes.
  • The role requires identifying each client's unique needs and designing solutions to address those specific situations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts while striking the right balance between operational risks and business results.

They will also be knowledgeable about business, regulatory and market issues, and able to identify gaps in current policies and procedures.

A key aspect of the role is to evolve robust governance and risk management structures as required.

The chosen candidate will be required to undergo enhanced vetting, subject to local laws, which may include additional checks during the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis if appointed to the role.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive trading or solutions experience from other highly regarded investment banks or private banks.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts while striking the right balance between operational risks and business results.
  • Knowledgeable about business, regulatory and market issues, and able to identify gaps in current policies and procedures.
  • Able to strategize and prioritize work plans with strong business vision.
  • Proficient in building creative investment, hedging and financing ideas across asset classes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
