Job Overview
VITALSYNC GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced private transportation specialist to provide daily transportation services for our company's director and family members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

About the Role
This position requires a strong background in driving with a clean record, as well as excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. You will be expected to provide daily transportation for our director and family members, ensuring timely and safe arrival at designated destinations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing the vehicle(s), ensuring they are always in good working condition.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily transportation for the director and family members, ensuring timely and safe arrival at designated destinations.
  • Maintain and service the vehicle(s), ensuring they are always in good working condition.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws during driving to ensure the safety of passengers.
  • Flexibly adjust work schedules and travel routes based on the director's needs.
  • Handle other driving-related tasks, such as running errands, shopping, or document deliveries.
  • Maintain a high level of professional ethics and ensure the privacy of the director and their family members is fully protected.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
  • Hold a valid Singapore driver's license (Class 3 or higher).
  • Familiarity with Singapore's road traffic conditions, with the ability to efficiently avoid traffic congestion and plan the best routes.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset to provide high-quality service to the director.
  • Good physical and mental condition, with the ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow professional ethics, and demonstrate strong responsibility and loyalty.
  • No criminal record, background check required.
