About the Role:

  • This is an opportunity for an experienced leader to join our firm as an Equity Partner or Consulting Director, leading decarbonization efforts in Singapore, Bangkok, or Kuala Lumpur.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with a well-organized multi-disciplinary team, contributing to commercial and business success.
  • Demonstrated experience in decarbonization, net zero planning, transition planning, and detailed understanding of transition risks, financial analysis, and business case development related to decarbonization technologies and abatement measures is required.
  • Understanding of energy and carbon markets, as they relate to decarbonization activities and net zero plans, is also necessary.
  • Partner with Account Directors to develop commercial strategies, pursuing new business opportunities that result in significant revenue growth with target clients aligned with our global strategy.

About You:

  • Strategy consulting experience and high-level familiarity with developing decarbonization strategies for large corporate clients are essential.
  • Experience in leading project teams, end-to-end project delivery, and ability to nurture talent and lead multi-disciplinary teams are desirable.
  • Practical/applied technology knowledge, evaluating, planning, procuring, and implementing decarbonization technologies/projects/programs, including renewable energy, electrification, industrial processes, transportation, and future fuels, is required.
  • Sector-specific knowledge in either the Built Environment or Heavy Industrial sector, networked with technology providers and clients across Asia, and ability to work at executive and grass roots levels are necessary.
