The role of accountants is set to evolve as digital transformation and concepts of sustainability begin to take center stage across all industries.
The Senior Accountant-Advisor Programme (SAAP) at RSM Singapore is designed to develop senior accountants into multi-skilled, highly trained, and professionally qualified business advisors. Our goal is to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in today's corporate landscape, enabling impactful outcomes for our clients.
Participants will rotate among various functions, including financial audits, data science, and ESG projects. Mentorship from field experts will help you become a young leader with multidisciplinary skills, ready to face future challenges. Support for obtaining the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualifications (SCAQ) and other relevant certifications will be provided.
Specialisations
In addition to assurance engagements compliant with professional standards, you will have opportunities to specialise in emerging areas such as:
ESG: Conduct research, analyze client needs, present findings, and support ESG projects.
Data Science: Develop data analytics procedures, analyze client data, and create awareness of data benefits.
Job Requirements
Accountancy graduates (Bachelor's or above) with 2-3 years of audit experience; fresh graduates may consider the Graduate-Accountant Advisor Programme (GAAP).
Passion for data analytics and/or ESG.
Technically competent, tech-savvy, energetic, and adaptable.
Good interpersonal, report writing, and presentation skills.
Versatile, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
