Insurance Telesales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Telesales Professional.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate insurance policies. This involves conducting thorough needs analysis and providing advisory services to customers.

  • Needs Analysis & Advisory
    • Identify customer needs and match them with suitable insurance policies
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and campaign KPIs, including call quality
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up on renewals and handling issues professionally
    • Update and maintain accurate customer data and sales activity logs in CRM systems
    • Ensure all call interactions and processes comply with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
    • Identify opportunities to offer additional or upgraded insurance products to customers
    • Prepare application and administrative documents for policy issuance
Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining policies and building rapport

    • The ability to interact professionally and build relationships with clients
  • Technical Proficiency
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and other computer software is necessary

    • A proven track record or interest in telesales and achieving sales targets is beneficial

    • The ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Resilience
    • A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
  • Compliance Mindset
    • A commitment to following company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Minimum Education
    • GCE 'A' Levels, Local Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
